Nicole makes lampshades, Frédéric is a journalist. In this private mansion, built in the middle of the 19th century in the heart of Malaucène, they willingly share the well-being that this property provides, the freshness that its walls and garden exude when the Provençal sun shines all its rays on the village, at the foot of Mont Ventoux…
With 450 m2 on 3 levels, the house offers large volumes and high ceilings, a space conducive to relaxation and calm, while being in the heart of the village and at the crossroads of multiple sporting activities and walks in Provence.
# In town, quiet, hammam
You will be delighted by the atmosphere of this bourgeois and friendly house, its typical floors (parquet floors, terrazzo, colored cement tiles, Provençal tiles), architectural details such as the interior fountain at the entrance, the veranda, the marble fireplaces and old-fashioned ceilings…
A large through entrance connects the village access to the garden (1,200 m2, on several levels of flower beds, with an 8×4 m swimming pool and lit pétanque court). The entrance leads to the living rooms on the ground floor (living room reception, dining room, winter garden where breakfasts are served). Several outdoor spaces have been designed to take meals in the calm of the garden, shade or sun, to the discreet song of the birds. A monumental staircase, stone and tiles, distributes the 4 rooms and suites on the first and second floor (and a hammam area, perfect for relaxing our cycling friends… the summit of Mont Ventoux is only 20 km away!).

At Le 37 you are quiet but also a stone’s throw from most useful shops: gas station, bakeries, newspapers/tobacco, supermarket, cycle workshops (rental/sale, repair), bookstore, hairdressers, Spa (https ://www.spa-ventoux-provence.com), Tourist Office, and several health professionals. Their contact details, those of the main facilities and sights of nearby towns and villages are detailed in the welcome booklet given on your arrival.

Breakfast and catering
Every morning – from 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (end of service 10:15 a.m.) – you will find a buffet in the veranda, to be enjoyed on site, in the dining room or on the outdoor terraces. The breakfast offered is continental: various fruit juices, choice of hot drinks (coffee, tea, chocolate), quality breads, pastries, cereals, local assortments of cheeses and cold meats, butter, homemade jams and honey, fresh yogurts. Egg cooker available (we do not offer ready meals). Moroccan pancakes, fruit salads, homemade pies and cakes from our regions will be offered to you regularly, according to our desires and yours. Gluten free possible.
Lunch and dinner
- Late arrival or don’t want to go out? Our partners can offer you charcuterie and/or cheese boards (for 2 or more, wine included). Reserve 24 hours in advance).
- Quality tables or “Take-away” possibilities are at walking distance. Further on, other catering options (and tested for you) are listed at reception.

Your stay
To guarantee guests’ peace of mind, the rooms are without television. The living room, however, has a large TV screen, accessible until 11 p.m., and the entire house, including the garden, offers a Wi-Fi connection for your portable devices.
For security reasons, only children aged 14 and over are welcomed at Le 37. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets.
We accept reservations for one night only but with a supplement of €25. If you reserve more than 2 rooms over the same period, or for a complete privatization of Le 37 (4 rooms and 11 beds), please send us an e-mail in order to consider the organization of your stay.
Our guests are welcomed between 4:30 p.m. and 7 p.m. Notifying your arrival time allows us to manage a private parking located in front of the house to facilitate the unloading of luggages. Your vehicle can then be parked in one of the nearby free spaces.
