Road, mountain biking, gravel… Provence has nearly 2,000 km of marked trails (throughout the entire territory, including the Luberon), 3 major greenways and of course the 3 possible ascents of Mont-Ventoux via Malaucène, Bédoin or Sault (up to 1,589 m elevation gain). Above all, take advantage of the sun to travel along pretty roads and landscapes to meet the Provençal villages, between Ventoux, Baronnies and Dentelles de Montmirail. Many marked circuits can be downloaded from https://www.provence-a-velo.fr/.

Le 37 has an equipped and secure bicycle room, up to 11 bicycles.

Sports events: 4 cycling races departing from Vaison-la-Romaine, plus the passage of the Ventouxman 1,000 triathletes cycling event in the village of Cairanne in September.

– June: the “Delange Challenges” for professional runners.

– June: the “GF Mont Ventoux” for amateur cyclists. 3,300 athletes from 27 countries.

– June: the “Cannibale”: cyclosportive event sponsored by Eddy Merckx and organized by Sporta. 6 passes, 173 km and 4,629 m of positive altitude difference. Summits on the program: Mont-Ventoux, the passes of L’Homme Mort, Saint-Jean, Perty and Aulain. More than 2,500 cyclists at the start (alternatively, from Malaucène or Bédoin)…

– October: the Ventoux Gravel Classic with 2 stages over 2 days or day packages.

– October: the Ventoux Xtrème MTB MTB Raid, in duo or solo for 240 participants.

13 Km • The wine-growing village of Rasteau has become a national reference site for gravel cycling with its reception center for groups from the Departmental Outdoor and Leisure Center (CDPAL) and the creation of 3 marked routes of 150 km. Fleet of Gravel bikes, bikepacking kits, GPS… supervision and training courses.

16 Km • A world-famous BMX spot, preparation center for the 2024 Olympics: the Sarrians BMX Club (initiation, leisure sport and competition).

20 Km • Mont Ventoux Bike Park: a unique mountain bike park, open all year round (Saturday, Sunday), depending on weather conditions. Site equipped with a ski lift, the Ermitant ski lift (located above Chalet Reynard). Three downhill mountain bike trails, a Pumtrack and a Skill center.
