With 450 m2 on 3 levels and 1,200 m2 of garden, the house offers large volumes, a space conducive to relaxation (with swimming pool, hammam, pétanque court). But you are also in the middle of the village and at the crossroads of multiple sporting activities and walks in Provence. Once through the door of Le 37, the noise fades to give way to a rejuvenating tranquility, the feeling of being “at home”!

Le 37 has 4 room and suites (from 28 to 50 m2), most with views of the garden and mountains: each with its own atmosphere, but all are equipped for a comfortable stay (up to 11 people). A monumental staircase connects these accommodations to the friendly spaces on the ground floor.

At the center of 3 regional natural parks, Malaucène and the surrounding villages smell of Provence, its markets, its culinary treasures, highly prized vineyards, a history dating back to Roman times and the time of the Popes. Avignon, Orange, Vaison, but also Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, these lands of hiking, cycling (the Ventoux and its 3 climbs) but also horse riding, climbing or golf, are also lively with numerous festivals and events, cultural and popular, to enchant your stay.
